Description

Justin Kolic, Owner of Ann Arbor Remodeling LLC, will lead our discussion around bringing on new carpenters/staff and teaching them the skills they need to succeed.

How much on site vs off site?
Who is doing the training?
How do you evaluate that lessons are learned?
What is the path from carpenter in training to lead?
How do you teach soft skills, mission alignment, etc?

The Remodelers Council Chairperson is Curtis Manuel, Owner of Handy Manuel.
The Remodelers Council Vice-Chairperson is Jerry Tyrell, Project Manager, Dexter Builders.
