It's a new air sealing technology to reduce the carbon footprint & energy costs in new construction\, remodels and multi-family units. \n\nWe help builders pass blower door tests and help architects simplify materials selection for air sealing. Our process uses a fog applied caulk that automatically fills all the hard to find gaps and cracks in the building. We use a large blower door fan to put the space under pressure\, forcing air through the existing leaks. Our sealant is then sprayed into the air and carried through each crack\, like fix-a-flat for a tire. \n\nThis process is especially effective in party walls in apartments\, townhomes\, condos\, dorms\, and offices. It essentially compartmentalizes the building from the outside\, or in the case of condos/apartments each room from the next. The sealant prevents drafts\, smells\, pests\, moisture intrusion\, and particulates from outside air. But most of all it prevents energy loss from heating and cooling while maintaining indoor air quality. \n\nWe believe we have an opportunity to play a significant role in electrifying buildings and the increasing usage of renewable energy. Our system will save on energy use\, operational costs\, and labor costs. Contractors use tapes\, caulk and spray foam where they think air will leak\, AeroBarrier seals where air actually leaks\, every time guaranteed.
