DESCRIPTION:3 Hour Class - Required information for Builder's License renewal\n\n \n\nMichigan Builders Training is excited to offer state approved\n\ncourses that meet the requirements for Continuing\n\nCompetency. State law now requires you to prove that you have\n\ncompleted a specific number of Continuing Competency hours\n\nin order to renew your license.\n\n \n\nThe 3 hour con-ed course satisfies the requirements for\n\nrenewing your Michigan Builders License including:\n\n \n\n  Building code\n\n  Legal and law issues\n\n  Safety\n\n \n\nIf you were licensed before 2009 this is the only course you will\n\nneed to renew.\n\n \n\nIf you were licensed in 2009 or after you need more than 3\n\nhours. You will be required to have 21 hours of continuing\n\ncompetency\, 3 hrs of Required Law\, Safety\, & Codes and then\n\n18 hours of other classes.\n\n\n\nMembers: $90   |   Non-Members: $110
