Dexter Builders is your one-stop shop for all your home construction needs. Serving the Ann Arbor area since 1997, we are a dedicated group of professionals who strive to listen to our customers, give insightful advice and follow through on our commitments. Our goal is to have a positive impact on our communities through quality remodeling and additions and partnerships with numerous local vendors and craftsmen.

Run by four partners of diverse backgrounds, we are able to divide and conquer just about any project that a house could need. We construct everything from foundations to roofs and anything in between. We often take boring, worn down, inconvenient bathrooms or kitchens or basements and create vibrant, efficient living spaces that make homes more valuable; both to the homeowner and on the market. We can also freshen up the look and function of your home with new energy-efficient windows and doors or new siding and paint projects.
